This is due to a combination of the intelligent people of not having any children whatsoever and the excessive breeding by the stupid people. Because of this, the world is full of stupid people, with the exception of artificial general intelligence systems keeping their civilization afloat.
- The human population is now 15,000,000,000 lowbred morons, and the average intelligence quotient is now 50 (whereas in the real world, an IQ score of 100 is average, or median, by definition). Several generations before the onset of the current present time, the small number of remaining 100-and-higher-IQ technocrats, ignored by the general public about the impending population problem, work feverishly to keep the morons alive by successfully creating artificial general intelligence systems to keep the morons' civilization afloat with success.
