If it takes 2000 years to populate the universe, as in the rate of 1994, for a species like humanity, and if there are one million civilisations like us, then the universe would be populated from a long time ago. Now the problem of physical laws remain true, we don't have the energy, time and velocity to populate and communicate within the actual universe and this, forever. So this problem can make revival technologies, and kardashev scales, stupid. The Omega Point Revival technology proposal might become more stupid because of this multiplication problem in the universe, because it makes our physical laws, our main problems to solve.
The multiplication of humans is not a problem, post-scarcity is one.
