Jon, this is why people call you a fraud. You use the present tense throughout the whole article, acting like it already exists. Placing "scenario" at the top doesn't save you, it is so easy to miss. You also make wild claims about it being the "best" with nothing to support it. There are lots of university future studies programs, yet you don't tell us why yours is any better, you just make the claim.

This is why you make people nervous.

There are not lots of university with such data. I added: Does not exist yet. I hope it's clear enough now. Alot of people call me a fraud because I have no education and that I deal with high technology information.
