Alright I know that this is a scenario but either this person obviously doesn't see how history works or is being sarcastic

take for example the Black Death after everyone died people started cleaning up our cities and so no plague has rampaged across Europe since killing 3/4th of its population

Also WWII the reason WWIII cannot happen in the other WW's sense is that it is politically impossible to happen with unions such as the EU AU and UN

plus this big mall would cost around 13 trillion dollars not to include rising population and redecorating shops and repairs it would be bankrupt well into 3 days after opening

Soooo...make more reasonable suggestions as to what might happen in the future and remember this

Matterfoot... Are you so sure that a plague is not due again? People at the CDC seemed mighty worried by avian flu. To study the future you need to look more carefully. To suggest that better hygiene or even 'eliminating rats' eliminates risk of an epidemic is naive to say the least. Multi drug resistant TB is coming. WW III will happen too, but it will be very different to WW I and WWII. Perhaps it will be an economic war - or a bio war - or a war of terrorism - so of course you're right. History will not repeat itself. Not exactly anyway. Alliances don't prevent a world war. They just determine who is at war with whom...

Yes the mall will cost 13 trillion dollars, but with inflation a million is not what it once was. You too can be a millionaire, by flipping fishsicles at the local McToyetsus. Think about new construction techniques. Tents which have concrete sprayed onto them - look to the construction principles used in airports to cover large areas cheaply today. I wasn't saying an epidemic could not happen again I said the PLAUGUE might happen again but is not going to have as big as an effect as in the Dark ages Better hygine and eliminating reseviors of the disease will lessen the risk of Y. pestis its a fact.

Viruses change my friend thats why we now have drug resitant flu strains and superbugs But theres no way to avoid that

robot workers are a disater plan and any person has there head out of the sand might agree with me because they would only help the few who control them not the people they replace money buys everything but life and death, give that money to something that doesn't need it and it causes inflation (which by the way doesn't work the way you think it does when $1=$100 it still is only $1 because it takes $100 to buy the same amount as $1) which in turn causes depression, causing a snowball effect that will utterly lead to the downfall of robotic labour.

It may be cheaper in the future but eventually it will have a net loss instead of net gain
