It seems the author of this article has an established viewpoint that seems more religious in doctrine than scientific. I think that is what is missing from a large portion of this site serious methodological work. The author claims that statistical and scientific methods ID the most probable future, but fails to identify them or the individual/group that conducted them. This article should be labeled with a scenario tag.
