Talca has became the third largest city in Washington. It has a population of 2,150,000. It is closest city in the United States, to the Canadian border and is near Lake Talca. It stands as Washington's most best city to live in. Talca got its name when founded by Chilean-American, Roberto Rodriguez, who was raised in Seattle. It is also the first suburban city to have a subway and commuter rail. Talca was also sister city with Talca, Chile. The city has been confused to be Blaine, Washington, but only because Blaine is so close to Talca, they call them intersecting cities like Sea-Tac (Seattle and Tacoma).
The main airport is Talca International Airport, the 23rd busiest airport in the United States. Talca also has a subway, the Talca Metro, that actually connects to the Border rail the goes to Vancouver.
