Rita Alexandria Chirila became the third prime minster of Canadamerica. She would serve from 2032 to 2036. Born on December 10, 1985 in College Park, Maryland prior to it becoming a part of Canadamerica, Chirila was also a radical feminist who put took additional civil rights away from men and continued to enforce Jill Tynan's policies that made it mandatory for men to stay at home and look after their children. She is best known for getting Canadamerica involved in the Carribean War.

Chirila grew up in College Park, Maryland and would attend Harvard University in Boston for both her undergraduate and graduate work. Atfer graduating from Harvard in 2009, Chirila would get a job with the Amtrak Rail Company as a Traffic Manager. In three years, she would work her way up to a Vice President's position. In 2017 at age 32, Chirila was named the CEO for Amtrak. She would lead Amtrak to unprecedented levels of profitability and would immediately force a merger with the Canadian National Railway forming Can-Am Railways.

By 2024, Chirila was considered one of the most successful businesswomen in the history of the world. Despite her popularity in the business community, she was considered a surprise choice, by Jill Tynan to be her running mate in the national election - namely because the Tynan/Chirila ticket had no political experience. The addition of Chirila gave good economic experience to the Tynan ticket. Chirila like Tynan was also popular for wearing short skirts.

When Tynan did not seek re-election, she immediately threw her support to her to Chirila. The 2032 election was a landslide as she easily defeated Alberto Gonzales in the General Election.

Chirila would marry William "Bill" Stanton in 2010. Stanton was a owner of a Georgetown apartment complex. Standon would change his name to Mr. Rita Chirila. Mr. Chirila did not work and immediately assumed a stay at home role. He would transform into Stay At Home Dad upon the births of Mario Chirila and Rita Chirila Jr.
Much was made about the relationship with Mr. Chirila. While the Tynans were portrayed as a happy couple side by side, the Chirilas were not painted in the same life. Mr. Chirila was often not seen with his wife - even during her campaign for Prime Minister in 2032. While Darius Tynan was portrayed as a diligent househusband, Bill Chirila was considered lazy. In her memoirs following her term as Prime Minister, Chirila admitted to still doing housework even after becoming the CEO of Amtrak while Mr. Chirila played video games throughout the day. When Tynan asked Chirila to be her running mate, Chirila shared these experiences with her thus prompting Tynan to look at policies to mandate men become househusbands. In Tynan's memoirs, she never confirmed or denied these conversations.
Much was made about Chirila's fashion while she was Deputy Prime Minister and Prime Minister. She often would wear loose fitting short skirts that were more on the business casual side.
