Muskegon, Michigan is a planned town. Planned to be Michigan's best city for raising a family. It is planned to have a large downtown area near Grant, Michigan. Muskegon's downtown will be an urban development built near Grant, Michigan, being at least 350 square miles.
The plan is to "Vancouverize" the planned project. Which started construction in 2015. The construction is planned to finish in 2035. Planning to increase tourism, and residents of Michigan, and become Michigan's largest city, while Detroit is the largest city now. Muskegon-Anthony International Airport will be also apart of the project, but will start in 2021, and plan to open in 2030. By 2045, a maglev connection between Windroit, Muskegon, and Billings (Montana) will be complete; allowing people to visit what was once considered to be a fly-over state and a Republican stronghold.
Electricity prices will rise somewhat betwen 2015 and 2045; but the economy will recover. Nearly everyone will have good-paying jobs for at least 40 hours a week and everyone will be able to afford groceries, rent, utilities and the occasional vacation at the same time again.
