Sometime in the year 2024, Jill Roberta Tynan became the second prime minster of Canadamerica succeeding Hillary Rodham Clinton. Born on May 8, 1985 in Montreal prior to it becoming a part of Canadamerica, Jill Tynan is a radical feminist who passed what is known as the "Household Act" - made it mandatory for men to stay at home and look after their children. Under her regime, male citizens began to slowly lose their civil rights until they finally lost them forever. As one of the most radical members of the Liberal Party, she also promoted the legalization of stem cell research and human cloning in addition to matriarchy. The first Wal-Mart ultramarket opened under her administration.
By the middle of the 21st century, Christianity and Islam no longer existed and most men were expected to become househusbands instead of holding a job or a political office. Prime Minster Tynan also replaced the police officers with robots, banned all humans from carrying lethal weapons without any exceptions, and eliminate the homeless population by placing cameras in every major city programmed to spot criminals and homeless people. If it wasn't for her superb leadership, then the world would have never escaped the Second Dark Ages.

[edit] Early life
Tynan attended Syracuse University in New York and eventually got a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism in 2011. She immediately landed a job as weather forecaster for a local Syracuse station. Tynan was a favorite among men because she often wore short skirts and dressed very fashionably. She eventually became the lead morning anchor for that station and her popularity increased. By 2015, she was became an anchor on Fox News and her audience grew - as well as her popularity.
[edit] Prime Ministry
Riding an enormous wave of popularity, and now widely respected for her stance and knowledge on issues, Tynan announced she was running for Prime Minister in 2024. During the campaign, she remained very fashionable and would continue to wear short skirts - something unheard of by a candidate for national office. For her running mate to be Deputy Prime Minister, she chose Rita Chirila, a CEO for Can-Am Railways.
She would win by a landslide, thus becoming the first female Prime Minister. Her actions for maintaining diplomacy and world peace managed to delay the Caribbean War until sometime after her prime ministry.
[edit] Household Act
When Tynan took office, Canadamerica had more Stay-at-home dads and househusbands than Stay-at-home moms or housewives. The male unemployment rate was a staggering 45% - numbers that were unheard of in modern economic times. Meanwhile, females were employed at a rate of 75%. At the same time, while men were assuming the role as child caregiver, many women were extremely unhappy that the lion's share of household responsibilities still fell on their laps when they arrived home. Tynan was alarmed by this. In her memoirs, Deputy Prime Minister Chirila supposedly told Tynan her own husband fell into this category.
Tynan decided the best way to fix this problem was to establish a firm household plan we she termed the "Household Act". Under this plan, women would become the primary breadwinners in a household - all bills were transferred into the woman's name after the law was passed. At the same time men would not only assume child caregiving responsibilities, but would also add housework. This would now be mandatory for men - with fines and imprisonment as consequences for those men who did not comply. There were provisions for Lesbians and Gays under the Act. Men in heterosexual marriages would automatically take the surname of the wife after the wedding ceremony.
It allowed for one lesbian partner to assume a full-time stay-at-home homemaker role, but also left the option for both lesbian parents to work. For Gay men, it provided for a public service jobs for one of the gay spouses to take on some level of employment. These would be menial tasks and would only be open to one gay spouse per household.
This would become Tynan's first act and it would pass in a matter of weeks through the female dominated legislature.
[edit] Personal life
During her campaign for Prime Minster, Tynan was dating Darius Dunn. Dunn was the son of a wealthy family in New Hampshire and was the sole heir to a large sum of money. Following victory as Prime Minister, Tynan proposed to Dunn the next day (as it become a faux paus for a man to propose marriage to a woman). Tynan and Dunn would marry three days before the Tynan's inauguration.
Tynan and Dunn would sign a nuptial agreement in which Dunn's fortune would be put into Tynan's name. Dunn became known as Mr. Jill Tynan and immediately would setup a homemaking role at the White House. Mr. Tynan would be seen cooking meals, doing light housework, and tending the the White House Garden. This would be consistent with once Tynan passed her policy making it mandatory for men to stay home as househusbands.
In 2025, Tynan would become pregnant and give birth to a daughter, Jill Tynan Jr. Mr. Tynan would immediately assume a full time parenting role. In 2029, Tynan gave birth to a son Cody.
