Introduction[]
In the beginning of the 21st Century, global tension was at an all time high, between the West and the East. The War in Afghanistan continues, and escalates with an unintentional burning of the Quran, bringing Afghanistan into an near war against the West. Iran continues its threats to shut down the Strait of Hormuz, and Israel threatens to bomb Iranian nuclear facilities. North and South Korea continue to argue over who claims who, and that the Second Korean War was on the verge of beginning. Tensions along the Mexican-American border, as the War on Drugs and the violence it brings spill over into the American side. Venezuela, Argentina, and Brazil continue to have border clashes, with each others militarys. The 2000's recession continues, and is on the verge of becoming the Second Great Depression, while Global Warming continues to escalate, and rising sea levels threaten the world.
