It will be a new style 'clean slate map game' Rebuilding Earth Map Game. Serving communities and states in the year 2245 are trying to rebuilding a world that had been destroyed by 2037! It's sort of like Althistory's Radioactive Tide game, but not so ASB, somewhat more harmonious, a more believable scenario and obviously set in the future.

The word was devastated in the 21st Century by an atomic war!

The third World War was the most widespread war to date in history lasting from mid 2024 to mid 2027 (some historians tend to say 2020 to 2037 because of the related issues in the Middle East), with more than 1,500,000,000 people serving in military units and 22 major cities being reduced to atomic rubble.

In this state of "total and atomic war", the major participant nations placed their entire military economic, industrial, and scientific capabilities at the service of the war effort in a giant "do or die" war effort, erasing the distinction between civilian, government, private, corporate and military resources, rights, powers and lifestyles.

The ATL present day

Mt. Pinatubo erupted in 2222 causing much temporary disruption due to it's ash and smoke output forming a major atmospheric dust cloud that drifted for miles before falling on Palau, Papua, Laos and Cambodia. Molten larva and earthquakes also caused heavy damage in many parts of Luzon that fell with in the 50 mile exclusion zone.

The world has now slid back to a roughly stabilized state at the equivalent of OTL Korean War level technology. The population is in most of the world at 90% of today's OTL level. Education, industry and health care is good, but knowledge is at Korean War levels.

Sadly Africa and Afghanistan are still poor, usable and corrupt, so population is about 75% of today's level. Industry, health care and education are crap. Because of this, the citizens are still suffering badly from the worst government neglect and repression.

For those new to this kind of game, I'll post some rules.

Please be plausible!
Both parties must agree to an alliance/treaty/Non aggression Pact or it wont't be legal
Every turn is one 1/2 year (6 months).
One day is a turn.
One nation per player.
Non player states are run by the mods. Trade talks/treaty/Non aggression Pact/referendums on union with a non player nation are concluded by a rando.org (0-5= yes, 6-10= no).
Editing previous turns is cheating.

Yes, you can use (secret: ) to denote undercover operations in this game.
Mods are able to create random events and will represent a NPC nation (i.e. Mongolia isn't going to sign its land over to Pakistan or something stupid like that), Mods also help to make that implausible stuff doesn't happen.
Every 20 years are to be archived to limit the amount scrolling that needs to be done to get to the latest year. Be sure to check back once in a while to ensure proper continuity!
Assassinations and oil embargoes are legitimate weapons of war, too.
Mods' words are law, unless proven wrong. They can strike out implausibility. However, the reason must be stated and sourced (i.e.-Wikipedia, the BBC, CNN, ITN, NHK, Encyclopedia Britannica, and so on).

Trade, infrastructure, blockades and sanctions are also going to play a part in the new war algo.
Troop numbers are related to population numbers. The Russian army is currently at ~1,500,000 and the population is at ~145,000,000. The population of Mongolia is ~2,000,000 and the armed forces number 25,000. Get it?
International decisions must be sensible. You can't just say like "I hand ultimatum to Russia, they must join union with Poland or be crushed. They accept", well you can, but I'll delete it. No one, except mods can decide for non-player countries (NPC). Furthermore, mods must explain the decision that was made- i.e. Russia declines offer because of recent wars with your nation.
After the 1st round, a non player nation is assumed to deploy all reserve forces in a battle. OTL Portugal- Active personnel- 32.992 (2013) and reserve personnel- 210,930.

White zones will only have nomads, tribes-folk, ramshackle shanty towns and/or small unorganized villages in them. They can be bought off, conned, conquered and/or colonised each turn, but you can't take more than 150px in 1 turn, since your people can only be every ware at once.

Maintain the bit rate of the base map image. Saving images in a lower quality format or at a lower bit rate and thus results in pixelisation, graining and other issues that make it difficult to edit the future image. Save as a .PNG as the format tends to maintain the image quality the best. Also, every image editor now has a text tool. Using a paintbrush or pencil tool for labels is both ugly and now unnecessary.

Ireland starts to upgrade it's farming infrastructure and builds some more fishing boats. 100 troops are recruited. Some boats set out to explore northern parts of the Scottish Hebrides Islands and the north of the Kintyer Peninsular. We find a few farming tribes and take note. Trade talks are planned for next round.
Cornwall seeks more land to rebuild the old English kingdom but knowing that won't be possible with out more land we raise 30,000 troops to march east into unsovereign lands and establishing a new rule, Being settled on a peninsula we build patrol boats for our waters.
Belgrade seeks to establish relations with Skopje to the south. Meanwhile, the army is improved, raises to 45,000 troops. A reform of the military begins, including an upgrade in technology and in training. The ground forces stand at 35,000 troops, while 10,000 man the air force. The ground force uses T-55 tanks, while the air force uses MiG-21 fighters. Meanwhile, Belgrade spies report on activities of the Novi Sad, Montenegro, and Sarajevo states nearby. Reports include information on local politics and defenses.
Ontario, wanting to rebuild Canada, seeks to create a union with Quebec, and both countries decide to do a referendum in 2246. However, a civil war soon starts between Ontario and the rebels, known as The Republic of the Great Lakes.
Assam and Meghalaya begins to increase its military, in the mean time, agriculture begins to grow.
Vienna begins to improve its economy and build up its military. The Viennese Population and Economy Act of 2245 is signed, Vienna's population now begins to grow faster by growth rate +39% each year, meaning 4 million people added every 5 years. This marking the highest population growth rate on Earth in year 2245. Some farms and cities are upgraded and roads are improved. The northern border of Vienna has become an empty and non-settled land. To expend northwards, the Viennese king meets at Vienna and 10% of Viennese population becomes settlers and developed Viennese explorers to explore the northern areas. Vienna start an explosion on OTL Czech Republic and begins at the southern districts of South Bohemian Region and South Moravian Region.
Minnesota Builds up their military while agriculture boosted by new fertile land. A law had been passed of not smoking within city limits. (TOP SECRET:we aid Republic of the Great Lakes). Also Population grows by 27% from 950,000 to 1,235,000. 35,000 troops advance into North Dakota to find land for bases. Infrastructure for farming and fishing are built along Lake Superior.

These are more war like and fearce, we plan to take the former Higland Region by force (war algo apply to non player states, but not tribs folk).
Cornwall we accept the trade offer from Ireland. We have taken all of Southern England below the old Capital. We keep these lands loyal by giving them jobs instantly and teaching the basic thing seeing as they are Tribal. With all the land we just captured we build 3 corvette expect to be done by this time next year. Lastly we build try to build 30 tanks to start an armored core.
Belgrade continues building up military forces, and arming them. Meanwhile, advancements are made in the economic and agricultural fields. It is a tough and on-going fight, but the land from the west coast to the north banks of Loch Ness and a line west of Muir of Ord is claimed as Irish. Locals still fight on in the mountains and cause much trouble for us at Knockan Crag, Ullapool and Mt Morven. The integration proses starts in the Kityer Peninsular and northern Hebradies.
Cornwall Cornwall's population numbers 10,000,000 owns all of England south of London. We begin to make farms and open the cliffs of dover as a tourist area. We go send envoy's past London into middle England asking the tribals if the want protection. Lastly we send troops to the southern tip of Wales where they a kept on the beach by the hostile population. Drugs are made illegal except for medical purposes. Also we improve education and formalize Gym and Art.

While having a golden age of colonization begins at Viennese Kingdom, Vienna now controls southern OTL Czech Republic, as Viennese settlers founds local clans and tribes, then founds all southern Czech cities and takes it under Viennese control in 6 months. Mod Event: The Croat City State of Bihać (the small one on the border with Vienna , Venice and the white zone in OTL Bosnia) requests a trade and defense deal with Vienna and Venice.

Ireland: The Irish finally win control of the west and central highlands with the defeat of rebels in places like the village of Ullapool. Integration, educational activity and agricultural upgrading occur in the occupied zone. 2 Irish fishing boats sail safly up the River Conwy as far as Dolgarrog, but 2 Irish fishing boats also try to sail up the River Dovey and are attacked by hostile tribesmen at Aberdyfi. A new patrol boat is built. Trade talks start with Dolgarrog village and near by tribes.
Cornwall We rename our self The Kingdom of Kent. The farming goes well having multiple good harvest. Children like Art and Gym very much so much so we add them as perment classes. 10 Centurions Are moved to wales where we pushed to the Permbrokeshire and Brecon. We begin to move into the Old London and more tribals join us add another 8 px north.
Belgrade is renamed the Republic of Greater Serbia. The Serbian army advances north, swallowing up more land, and stopping at the border with Venice. Money is pried into education, agriculture, and military. With the acquisition of the new territories, which are Serbianized, and annexed into Greater Serbia. Infrastructure in these states is improved, as are general living conditions, to assure that they are up to the standards of the Republic. Their defense forces are absorbed into the military, raising it to a count of 55,000 men. Local police volunteer battalions are created to keep order. Meanwhile, a navy begins to be constructed in Montenegro, on the coast of the sea. Several patrol boats are captured and formed as the Serbian Navy. Meanwhile, the parliament of the Republic is considering a draft law, which states every man needs to do at least 12 months of military service. An expeditionary force is created from 8,000 specially trained soldiers and specialists to advance northeast, into the former USSR territories, to start Serbian colonies and make contact with people living there. The population grows, so agriculture is expanded into the newly acquired territories. It is hoped that the entirety of Yugoslavia will be eventually reclaimed.
Vienna continues to improve its economy and build up its military. Vienna's population continues to grow faster by growth rate +39% each year, meaning 4 million people added every 5 years. This marking the highest population growth rate on Earth in year 2245. More farms are built, cities are upgraded and roads are improved. Explosion on OTL Hungary continues, as Viennese settlers founds local clans and tribes, then founds some Hungarian cities and takes it under Viennese control. As well, Vienna's territory now expends 18px eastwards and now controls the Hungarian countries of Veszprem and Somogy. The military continues to grow stronger, currently numbered 80,000 soldiers, 600 tanks and 600 military aircrafts. Trade and defense request with Croat City State of Bihać declines and Vienna declares war on Bihać, invades it with 10,000 troops and 90 tanks
Minnesota aids Bihac with 7,500 troops and 55 fighter jets to stop Vienna and a treaty is proposed to Bihac, if they except Minnesota will help Bihac with food and military. The population is at 1,750,000 and it is expected to be 2,250,000 and the rate at +37 each year by 2249. 10,000 troops will be sent over to Bihac in 2247 while 55 tanks are arriving to help with Bihac.The border of Minnesota expands westward by 7px into South Dakota.

Mod event: Due to the fact that Bihac city fell so quickly to Vienna, that by the time the Minnesotans arrive, the war is over. Bihac's transport minister and education minister sets up a government in exile and wonder if Minnesota could invade southern Vienna and liberate the city state. Geneva expresses it's concern over a possible clash between Vienna and Belgrade.

Mod event: Liviv, Debrecen and Budapest form a defense pact to see off Vienna and also note Belgrade's growth with caution.

Ireland starts rade talks start with Dolgarrog village, Conway town and near by tribes and they join, creating a 1px wide line in Wales that is for the full 8px length. A patrole boat conquers the hostile tribes at Aberdyfi. Exploration begins around the Isle of Bute, the Ise of Rhona and the Ayrshire coast. Several gyms, schools and hospitals open both in Dublin, Belfast, Kintyer and the Hebradies. A left wing pay riot hits Dublin, but it is defeated by the police.
Kent We ask Ireland if the would move out of Wales in the case of taking Scotland but is not required. We push heavily these 6 months until we are south of Northumbria. We begin to domesticate farm animals. We build 100 tanks and 50 aircraft for the protection of our nation.
- Irish response: We will not expand beyond Anglsea and the northern 9px we already hold.
Mod event: Duchy of Morpeth, Alnwick and Peebleshire calls up 3,000 men and builds several forts on it's southern border. It pushes 5px north in to Lanrkashire.
The People of Wenslydale in Yorkshire continue intermitant resistance fighting and inspyer a similar uprising in Cravendale and Calderdale.

In aftermath after its first war, Vienna conquers and annexed the Croat City State of Bihać.

Belgrade continues upgrading the military and agriculture. Conscription is introduced, raising the army to 120,000 men. Those who are professional troops are training the conscripts. Additionally, more fighters and tanks are constructed, as well as ships. We have 25 MiG-21 fighters, 45 T-55 tanks, and 8 patrol boats. Several destroyers (6) are laid down in Montenegro, along with 3 light cruisers and 1 heavy cruiser. Meanwhile, the team of 8,000 troops advances north, and reaches Lviv (former Ukraine). There, they founded a new Serbian colony, and begin reconstructing its defenses and the city itself. New agricultural advancements are made.
