Criteria for Awarding a Promotion, by User:Yunzhong Hou

This is my personal guideline for promoting users to the Administrator and Bureaucrat status:

[edit] Administrator Criteria

To qualify as an Administrator, the user must demonstrate the ability and willingness to:

1. Write effectively
2. Devote a significant amount of time to the project
3. Work cooperatively and altruistically with this community
4. Follow the instructions and Guidelines of this site
5. Revise and create new articles following the team objectives
6. Catch and revert vandalism

[edit] Bureaucrat Criteria

To qualify as a Bureaucrat, the user must demonstrate the ability and willingness to:

1. Upload images
2. Move pages
3. Massively edit pages
4. Create and add templates
5. Nominate pages for feature article
6. Attach categories
7. Become a driving in this community
8. Find users worthy of promotion
9. Continue to contribute as they have before promotion to Administrator for some time
