The Treaty of Pheonix (Spanish: Tratado de Phoenix; French: Traité de Phénix; Russian: Договор Феоникс) was the treaty that officially ended the Second American Civil War. With the treaty signed, the United States of America was officially dissolved after it's 351-year existence (In reality, the U.S. had been dissolved since 2123). The treaty was singed on February 10, 2127. After the treaty was signed, 14 new countries were formed. This treaty was widely seen as the end of the Fourth Cold War.
