The Second Russian Civil War, also known as the Second Russian Revolution, SRCW or RCWII, was a political and major civil war happening in the Russian Federation in the end of World War III. Known as the "final counteroffensive" of World War III, it had been the last counteroffensive of World War III, with the latest counteroffensive happening in April 2037. Russia was the main victim of the civil war and it took place in Russia and briefly Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Poland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, China, and Mongolia. It lasted for 5 years from September 19, 2037, until September 3, 2042, along with another continuation known as the Imperial Wars of Unification.

The war started after Vladimir Putin committed suicide in his apartment in Perm, Russia. Many of his Russian cabinets started scrambling for a vice president. However, Alexei Navalny, a Russian criticizer wasn't too happy about politics in Russia. Alexei was still serving his 18th term until being picked up by his group in IK-6 to go to the United States to visit President Mike Pence. Pence told him how the government worked and with Alexei knowing that, he knew that his government would work. In spite of the unfair Russian laws and people, he then transformed his group into a nation-wide party known as the Free Russian Tsarist Movement. He then gained independence and started uniting with other parties. Every party hated Putin and wanted to unite against him. Alexei Navalny proclaimed the party as the Second Russian Empire, although they hadn't established a government and empire yet. Their capital was in St. Petersburg. Soon later, it declared war against Russia and joined the United Nations. With that, the landmass became growing in size and strength right before and they had finished Karelia and Murmansk and were advancing east and south. Navalny knew that the party was really an empire.

Russia's economy had been falling out due to the World War III crisis. Another threat has been rising with another case of SARS-CoV-3, another Covid-29 case. This made Vladimir Putin less rich. On January 6, 2031, pro-Russian separatist began rioting across cities as Vladimir Putin declared martial law and a state of emergency. A note was sent to Cuba through a telegraph that Cuba might destroy the United States. However, just like the Zimmerman note, the British captured it and sent it to the United States.

On September 19, 2037, the Free Russian Tsarist Movement declared war against the Russian Federation. Soon, the FRTM was joined by numerous parties: The White Reinstated Movement by Oleksii Poroshenko, and 17 more parties that united into one party-imperialist group known as the Second Russian Empire. Alexei Navalny became its first leader. On September 20, 2037, the party launched its attacks on an airbase in Vyborg. About 163 fighter planes were destroyed. A Tupolev Tu-154 had been also destroyed in a mere attack. One FRTM soldier then hijacked a Ilyushin Il-76 and proceeded to crash it into the Russian Government Buildings. They then moved to attack and capture the Kola Peninsula. However, they accidentally hit Finland hard, and it began to attack the party. They then invaded Karelia and starting a surprise attack. It then started bringing its fight to Murmansk where they destroyed a carrier carrying 19 soldiers. The Alyosha statue was then blown up and brought down by Russians who placed Anti-Soviet Union posters on the fallen statue. Meanwhile, a campaign known as the Leningrad Campaign was started and St. Petersburg became its capital. The land began to expand as they destroyed many cities. They defeated the Russian 34th Battalion in Petrozavodsk, Karelia's capital, and assassinated the leader of Karelia. Soon after, they invaded Karelia and circled the Kandalaksha Gulf. The Nenets Autonomous Okrug was invaded and islands in the Russian Arctic were invaded. Nizhny Novgorod and Arkhangelsk fell to the Russians much later. Novaya Zemlya was later captured, and Vologda was captured. It still had 17% of land, but the Second Russian Empire was growing from the Baltic Sea to the south of the Volga River in the N. Divina and Pechora rivers. In January 16, 2038, it dealt a blow to Moscow and the Moscow Oblast was under the imperial control. (Moscow is 634.4 kilometers from St. Petersburg.) With the collapse of Moscow, Russia begun to splinter as Russians entered the Southwest. In January 28, 2038, the Russian Loyalist Party and the Russian Communist Party declared themselves independent and loyal to Russia and decided to declare war against the SRE.

On January 30, 2038, an Aeroflot Tupolev Tu-204 was shot down by the Russian Army in Minsk. In anger for destroying the plane, the Imperial Russian Army began firing missile strikes on the city of Samara, dealing 50,000 deaths. The American Army, on the other hand, began rescuing Russian Jews who were persecuted by the Russians. Soon after, the Imperial Russian Army began firing missile strikes on an airbase. In one occasion, a Yakovlev Yak-42 was also destroyed by the SRE. The United States supported the SRE with many plane parts, establishing its Imperial Russian Air Force.

While the Second Russian Empire and Russia were duking it out, another ally came to join the war: The People's Republic of China, however it was still in the midst of fighting the Second Chinese Civil War against the Republic of China. The Americans were angry at seeing Russia's ally fight against the SRE and decided to send their military. In May 2040, the height of the war, Japan, Papua New Guinea, Australia, South Korea, India, and the Philippines sent their army in droves. Japan and the Philippines, known as the two superpowers of East and Southeast Asia, began bashing out at China while the Australian and Philippine armies went to Vladivostok in the Battle of Sakhalin Oblast. Kazakhstan joined the war but was heavily going to fall and partitioned by the Southern Turkic United Federation and the Second Russian Empire. The Imperial Russian Army stole bottles of empty vodka and turned them into Molotov cocktails. Many of Russia's allies viewed Alexei Navalny's actions as a wimp. The Imperial Army kept swirling into territories until they met the Republic of Adygea. Alexei Navalny called out for General Coupes to lead a second army into Ukraine and Crimea. Ukraine was in the midst of fighting the Great Ukrainian Civil War (2034-2038), but the SRE sent the Treaty of Lviv so they could know each other. With that, a friendly alliance was made and they began crashing down on the Ukrainian Communist Army, who was helping Russia. The Luhansk People's Republic and the Donetsk People's Republic began to shrink as the Ukranian and Russian armies entered the battered army and closed it, partitioning the army. The SRE had now a bumper of land in the Dnieper. Meanwhile, the United States fired 10 hydrogen nukes on the cities of Yakutsk, Kamchatka, Vladivotok, and a few 7 minor cities.

Poland and Lithuania take down Kaliningrad in the Treaty of Lviv, which also made Ukraine surrender the Dnieper to the Second Russian Empire.

The SRE ordered an invasion of the Baltic States and Upper Dnieper since the Baltic Communist Party was controlling the Baltic states. The Army was split three ways. The Upper Dnieper invasion was complete, but the Baltic States was not. The SRE gained some land including what belonged as a tripoint for Lithuania, Latvia, and Belarus. The Republic of Poland partitioned Kaliningrad with Lithuania, starting a riot in Vilnius and other Lithuanian major cities. This happened in the Treaty of Lviv, where Russia had to surrender Kaliningrad. Lithuania and Poland argued who would take control the Kaliningrad, which came to a compromise. Meanwhile, the Imperial Army fired rockets in the Caucasus Mountains. In Moscow, the SRE began burning the remaining papers for the lyrics for the Soviet Union Anthem and the Russian Anthem. They changed the Russian anthem to "God Save the Tsar!" and they burned many statues. The Second Russian Empire began expanding to the east, almost taking land at the time from the Baltics to the western tip of Sakha. With over about 28 million people and 25 million military personnel WIP

SARS-Cov-3 (COVID-40)[]

The Covid-19 pandemic had been a major weakness to the Russian and Chinese armies. At the height of the war, a new deadly pandemic much deadlier than Covid-19 begun taking shape back in Wuhan, China. Wuhan was part of the 7 places for the march to Russia, starting at the Forbidden City, going to Shanghai, to Guangzhou, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xining, until Turpen to the tripoint of Kazakhstan, Russia and China. As the virus spread from human to human, Covid-19 Chinese survivors feared that they can't make it out alive. Xi Jinping declared martial law and lockdown and sent the Chinese Army to scout the area 24 hours. As the virus became stronger, it soon affected soldiers and people's homes. The United States started making an antidote for the infected people. Philippines, the Republic of China, and India were the first to declare lockdown at Covid-40. Chinese civilians outside their homes were killed or sent to prison. As the problems in China grew, many Chinese people begun protesting. Many resorted to joining the ROC. Chinese scientists and mechanics planned to build a superweapon used to destroy Covid-40. Finally, Covid-40 escaped from the outskirts of Wuhan and begun attacking cities. Meanwhile, a Russian Major Lieutenant was captured by Japan. Still given time, Japan ordered a direct punishment by branding the lieutenant, but protests in Japan caused the branding to be stopped and he will be held in handcuffs for a life sentence. On one occasion, Xi Mingze was on a business trip in the United States when she had a call with her father. Xi Jinping said that the Chinese were resorting to the ROC and joining the war. She got so upset that she told her Chinese friends, "Let's roll", meaning that she will destroy the United States. It was taken in United Airlines Flight 93, a September 11 terrorist attack in September 11, 2001. Upon reaching Seattle, she told the Chinese immigrants that America was a "dirty gross dick", and that Joe Biden is like Adolf Hitler. Xi Mingze also said that America's allies are "Communist defying" and she told everyone to settle down and revolt for the sake of China. It was recorded in video cameras, and with that, the United States was now clear to enter a Communist civil war. Xi Mingze hoped that Trump would kill Biden and take the throne so they could win the war. However, the news of this went to Biden and he impeached Trump once again. However, while Xi Mingze was speaking to the Chinese liberators, she was assassinated by an American Color Guard, causing the Chinese liberators to flee in terror. Xi Jinping started mourning for the loss of Xi Mingze and vowed to destroy the United States. However, it was too late since Covid-40 had arrived in Beijing. Xi Jinping asked Ying Yong, Procurator General, to evacuate the Chinese immediately. Dmitry Medvedev, the Prime Minister of Russia didn't put the country at risk since Covid-19 but put the federal subjects close to China under lockdown. Speaking of Russia, the Second Russian Empire was on the move. It managed to reach the Ural Mountains, and the northern coast of Russia was under control of the SRE. The new defeats in the Northeast will spark revolts in the federal subjects.

Xi Jinping vowed to destroy the Americans. In September 12, 2040, Russia did a big blow on the Gulf of Ob, splitting the Second Russian Empire in two parts. But however, the empire was not falling. Imperial-controlled North Sakha had a strong leader and strong governed military. With that, North Sakha would advance into the south and east, constantly capturing the city of Yakutsk, uniting Sakha once again. Sakha then continued to expand into the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug then make a southeasterly march to Kamchatka. A major campaign was started, also known as the Siberian Campaign. However, due to the much colder climate and the coming of a giant winter storm, Covid-40 levels begun to rise. The Baltics were still controlled by Communists, so the Second Russian Empire had to tack all of them. Eastern Europe was at the hands of a new pro-Romanov tsardom. To stop a war in three fronts rising in Central Asia, the Second Russian Empire attacked the Southern Turkic United Federation. Sakha then reached the Amur Basin where it released Kamchatka and Sakhalin and joined their empire. They started attacking Magadan and finally reached Lake Baikal, uniting the Russian Far East. The western part decided on uniting the two together. However, it was not finished. All of the SRE then started diving downwards but they were stopped when a Russian army took out a part of Krasnoyarsk.

Post-War: Imperial Wars for Reunification[]

4 days passed since the end of the final counteroffensive of World War III. However, it was known as the "Golden Days" which nobody knew what it meant. However, what it was remembered for was the crowning of Alexei Navalny to become Tsar of all Russias after writing a Tsarist constitution, starting a brand-new Russian imperial era. Another one in the 4 was that the government was now ruled by 17 government officers including Alexei Navalny himself. Sergeants became leaders of the oblasts.
