Mod event: Due to the fact that Bihac city fell so quickly to Vienna, that by the time the Minnesotans arrive, the war is over. Bihac's transport minister and education minister sets up a government in exile and wonder if Minnesota could invade southern Vienna and liberate the city state. Geneva expresses its concern over a possible clash between Vienna and Belgrade.

• Kent We for a name change in a while become the Kingdom of England and Wales. We ask the rebels to stop the revolting for honorary titles such as the dukes of Yorkshire and Northumbria and will gain some power. • Dominican Republic: The Dominican Republic's citizens take up their own arms and march to the unoccupied portion of the island of Hispaniola.
