The Movement to Free Eurasia (Also know as the Eurasian Liberation Movement or Eurasian Freedom Movement) is the name of the political movement which fought against the Communist Party of Eurasia hoping for the restoration of democracy in the Eurasian Republics.

See Eurasian Civil War For More

In 2050, The feeling of many is that Eurasia would become a Communist state sometime within the next ten years and while Russia supported it, The other republics wanted no part of it.

The civil war nearly began in 2058 but two factors played in, the lack of a strong leader and the Government crackdown of the proposed rebellion.

On May 1, 2060, the Soviet Proclamation proclaimed a Communist Eurasia and as a result, the central government solidified it's control over the Republics.

Most of the Republics, except Russia (and East Ukraine who was too scared) were against it and began forming a Resistance movement.

In 2075, Mikhail Luschesky and two other politicians established the Moscow Liberation Movement (MLM). Luschensky would ultimately allow his MLM to join the secret resistance and convinced them to act as soon as possible.

Luschenksy's voice was exactly what the Eurasian Movement needed.

Things got heated up when In September of 2100, The MLM attacked several Government buildings killing at least 40 people. One of the politicians killed was a member of the Resistance who had no knowledge of the planned attack.

In 2101, The Terrorists (with the exception of Luschensky who fled to the US), Had been executed. as a result, the 11 states agreed to merge their movement into a single movement, The Movement to Free Eurasia.

During the Civil War, All member states remained Loyal, in 2105, Belarus and the Belarusian People's Republic signed the Minsk Treaty which said that the Government of Belarus would be dissolved and that the Belarussian People's Republic would take its place as its succesor state. The Armies were combined and many politicians gained roles in the BPR Government.
