Cosmetic procedures become much more popular mainly among women, but among men also. By 2020 over 15 million procedures are carried out in the US alone.
Small cosmetic treatments, like botox, become much easier to perform and much more widely accepted. Practically everyone is using it by the 2050's.
Larger cosmetic treatments also become more accepted. Most of these larger treatments are to do with the body, as opposed to the face. These include breast augmentation for women and chest surgery for men (getting a 6 pack without excersise). Liposuction becomes less common because there are fewer obese people thanks to better dieting.
The results of the increase in cosmetic treatments is a society where men and women are much more attractive, and all visible signs of aging are eliminated.
