The First Article states that the Pharoah makes all final decisions on all laws. The Pharoah is not an elected position, but a successor must be chosen. The Pharoah can sign all treaties that he wants. The Pharoah can send troops wherever he wants, but can not declare war. The Pharoah can not keep troops in combat outside the nation for more than 90 days without the expressed consent of the Congress. The Pharoah can not declare war, that must be done by Congress. The Pharoah is given enough money to support a family of seven.

The Second Article states that there is to be a bicameral Congress. A Senate made up of 3 senators from every state, and a House of Representatives made up of 415 members. Each Representative will be elected from a district. The districts will be split according to the population of each state. The state governments have the right to create the shape and size of each district, as long as each district contains an equal percentage of the state population. Each district must be made as square as possible to prevent gerrymandering. Congress has control of the pursestrings and can solely approve of all laws concerning money and regulate trade between the states.. The national currency is the Arabian Dinar. All laws are to be submitted to the House for a 15 day period of debate and amendments. Then the Senate at the same time creates its own version. After the 15 day period, both are sent to the Pharoah, where the final copy will be made by combining the two, and final dis/approval will be made by the Pharoah. All members of Congress are to work for 8 months out of the year. Each member of Congress is elected to a five year term. They are given enough money to support a family of five.

The Third Article states that a Supreme Court is to be made up of 9 justices, each one serving a life term and hand picked by the Pharoah. All decisions they make are final, unless overturned, reversed, or reinterpreted by the Pharoah. Each justice is given enough money to support a family of six.

The Fourth Article declares that the Federal government only has the authority to pass laws that concern multiple, or all states.

The Fifth Article states that only the Pharoah can approve Amendments to the Constitution.

The Sixth Article states that all members of the federal, state, and local governments must adhere to the Constitution.

The Bill of Rights is to ensure the rights of all citizens.

The First Amendment ensures the right to free speech, religion, petition, assembly, and press.

The Second Amendment ensures the right to bear arms.

The Third Amendment prohibits quartering troops in private residencies without owners consent.

The Fourth Amendment protects from search and seizure without a warrant.

The Fifth Amendment requires due process before bringing an individual before court, prohibits double jeopardy, self incrimination, and prohibits eminent domain, unless full compensation is paid.

The Sixth Amendment requires the accused to be brought forth before an impartial jury and judge in the state and district where the crime occured. The accused has the right to face his/her accuser and to know the crimes s/he is accused of. The accused can bring forth witnesses in his support and have a lawyer to defend him.

The Seventh Amendment requires that all civl trials be held before a jury.

The Eighth Amendment prohibits excessive bail and cruel and unusual punishment.

The Ninth Amendment protects all rights not mentioned by the Constitution.

The Tenth Amendment states that all powers not given to the federal government, nor held from the states, are given to the states.

The Eleventh Amendment prohibits states from having sovereign immunity from citizens of other states in federal court.

The Twelfth Amendment outlaws slavery and forced labor.

The Thirteenth Amendment prohibits the states from taking away the rights of individuals expressly stated in the Constitution. All males age 18 and above have the right to vote in all government elections. No military members can hold public office. No member of Congress can support an insurrection or rebellion.

The Fourteenth Amendment states that no federal, state, or local government can restrict the rights of an individual based on race, color, or social status.

The Fifteenth Amendment gives the federal government the ability to levy an income tax.

The Sixteenth Amendment prohibits the states and federal government from requiring conditions to vote.

The Bill of Restrictions is created to keep the people from abusing their rights and the rights of others.

The First Restriction keeps people from saying things that will jeopardize the safety of others, such as yelling fire in a crowded area.

The Second Restriction only allows the people to choose from religions that view Mohammed as a prophet of Allah and view the Koran as Holy Scripture. The Pharoah did this so his religion, the Baha'i, can exist in his nation. Also all people are prohibited from using their religion to justify the killing of another person.

The Third Restriction says that police and/or military can only intervene to disperse a crowd from petition and/or assembly if the crowd becomes violent or commits unlawful acts.

The Fourth Restriction states that while the press can say whatever they want, no newspaper is allowed to deliver more than once a day, nor are any TV channels or Radio stations allowed to have more than a combined total of 3 hours of news segments a day. Punditry is also included in these 3 hours.

The Fifth Restriction prohibits all non-military personnel from wielding weapons that fire off more than one round when the trigger is pulled. All people, including military personnel, are prohibited from personally owning more than 3 guns. All convicted felons are prohibited from owning any guns and background checks must be done before all gun sales are final. If background checks are not done, than all parties a part of the sale are commiting an illegal act. No guns can be owned by anyone under the age of 18.

The Sixth Restriction prohibits any man from taking more than one wife.

The Seventh Restriction prohibits all religious leaders from holding public office.
