Caribbean democracy (Caribbean Empire)

Caribbean democracy is a form of direct democracy that in which citizens votes for laws and decisions with other countries. Because the Caribbean Empire is a constitutional Gamyarchy, then people do not have the rights to vote for their leaders unlike in an indirect democracy.
