Alex Wilson was a relatively high-level official in the State Department during the presidency of Donald King. He was an assistant to Secretary of State John Tzuki. He was well known for distributing secret government documents during the 2067 Leak of Federal Government Documents, that were circulated by the digital resistance organization Black Hat, that demonstrated corruption within the King administration, as well as the fact that November Horror was planned by the government. He was executed by the Patriot Commission, igniting national riots.
