ANSCIP would be a neutrality association of 6 countries formed in 2018 at the start of Cold War II. The policy of ANSCIP would be that these 6 countries would not get involved in a World War III or any proxy wars of Cold War II, but would still have close ties to the United States, and would still oppose the Eurasian Union.
