Welcome to the 2038 Marseille Peace Summit Conference that will lead to the official end of the Third World War. The rules of the conference are very simple, the allies in the war will have an advantage in the conference and may make demands against the opposing government and they must accept since they lost the war. The opposing government (Axis) may ask for things but it can be struck down by a vote by the allies.

Aftermath[]
- France's representative General Regis Marais and all of the other members of the conference walk out of the convention hall, almost arm and arm with each other. He is the first one to step in front of the large crowd of press that are waiting to hear the comment and he says, "I want to thank all of the world leaders that have come to Marseilles to help end this terrible war that has effected us so. I am proud to call everyone next to me an ally, I believe that the conference has been a major successes and I hope that we can once and for all avoid this type of conflict again." Looking at the smiling faces of the other members of the conference, he declares, "I declare this conference over! May peace rain on this earth forever!"
- Italy's representative Prime Minister Giovanna di Caprio splits off to speak to an Italian news outlet but before doing so she just brushes her hair. She looks absolutely exhausted after going through her first biggest summit as the PM. She says "I think we have achieved a lot. A nice, concise ending to an absolutely horrific war. I just hope the things that I and our allies have voted on will further peace and prosperity in this once hate filled world. I would also like to thank so many of you at home for supporting me. I am now heading off back to Italy where I will commence the re-opening of the outskirts of Rome tomorrow." She walks off with her phone in her hand evidently on some social media.
